Instructions and Registration Form

  • Please submit registration form before submitting payment. There will be a notification on JotForm if the conference is full.

  • Please complete all requested information on the registration form.

  • Payment must be submitted for each registration.

  • Registrations will be submitted using jotform.

  • All registrations must be submitted no later than Friday, April 3rd.

  • Attendees should receive an email confirmation from jotform after submitting their registration. If confirmation is not received, please contact your representative (see list below).

  • Due to limited seating capacity, we cannot accept payment at the door.

Cost          $179 per attendee

 

Payment Methods 

  1. Credit Card (Please submit registration form before making credit card payment - you will receive a notification on JotForm if registration is full. Once credit card payment is made, fees are non-refundable).

                        If paying via credit card, use RegFox, our payment processor. There is a fee to use this

                        method. Please note if you request a refund, fees are non-refundable, and refunds are

                        subject to our refund policy. You will receive a payment confirmation once

                        you have submitted your payment. Please note you must also complete your

                        registration form through Jotform. Both steps must be completed in order to finalize

                        your registration. You will not receive your registration confirmation until your registration

                       form is received.

Registration Forms

Please complete and submit your registration through Jotform, our registration platform. 

Once you have completed and submitted your registration form, you will receive an email from Jotform with your registration details as well as a confirmation email attached. 

 

Registration Deadline

  • All registrations must be received no later than Friday, April 3, 2026.

  • Confirmation of your registration will be made by email through Jotform.

  • Please contact your institutions representative (contact names & numbers listed below) if you have not received confirmation by Friday, April 18th.

  • Conference registration and payment are required for all conference participants.

  • No registrations or payments will be accepted at the door.

 

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests prior to Friday, April 3rd will result in a $50 administrative fee.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests on or after Friday, April 3rd.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.

  • Notification of substitute should be made to Joanna Huskey by Monday, April 6th.

  • No substitutions will be allowed after Monday, April 6th.

 

COVID Policy

The Administrative Professionals Conference will be following state and local guidelines. However, if your institution has other guidelines, we recommend that you follow your institution’s guidelines. Should we have to cancel the conference due to COVID, we will consider offering refunds or carrying over registrations to the next conference.

Send Registrations to:

Your location determines which method you should follow for sending your completed registration forms. Please refer to this chart to figure out which method you should follow.

  • Complete and submit registration through Jotform, our online registration platform.

    Joanna will submit journal entries on a monthly basis using the Workday costcenter information you provide on the registration form.

  • If paying via credit card, use RegFox, our payment processor for credit card payments.

  • If paying via check (personal or company), submit those along with a copy of your registration form via interoffice mail to:

  • Prefered method of payment is pcard. Please use RegFox, our payment processor for credit card payments.

  • If paying via check, mail copy of your completed registration form & payment to:

  1. Pay with credit card at RegFox, our payment processor. Then submit receipt for employee expense reimbursement through Concur

      2. Send registration confirmation email to jybrandon@novanthealth.org to be processed for

          payment. Include manager name who has approved the expense and the GL accounting string

          ex. 100-1400-10010.

  • Email the completed registration to London Mickle at micklel@wssu.edu. The Staff Senate will submit payment for each approved teammate at one time via credit card.
