Registration

Instructions and Registration Form

  • Please complete all requested information on the registration form.
  • Payment must accompany each registration.
  • Please mail/send registration forms to the appropriate address/location (found at the bottom of this page under “Send Registrations to”).
  • All registrations must be post marked no later than Friday, April 4th.
  • Each attendee should receive an email confirmation within two weeks after receipt of their registration. If you have not received confirmation by Friday, April 18th, please contact your representative (see list below).
  • Due to limited seating capacity, we cannot accept payment at the door.
  • For questions, contact your institution’s representative or Joanna Huskey.

 

Payment Methods

  1. Credit Card

           You can now pay your registration by credit card! To do so, click on this link https://WFBH.regfox.com/administrative-professionals-conference and complete the             requested information. There is a fee to use this method. Please note if you request a refund, fees are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to our refund policy. You             will receive a payment confirmation once you have submitted your payment. Please note you must also complete your registration form and submit it to Joanna             Huskey at jhuskey@wakehealth.edu. Both steps must be completed in order to finalize your registration. You will not receive your registration confirmation until we             also receive your registration form.

Registration Forms

*Please note, the registration forms can be filled out electronically and then printed or it can be printed and filled out by hand. We do allow electronic signatures. This is a change from past registration policies. With so many people working remotely, we know this is now the norm.

The only difference in the two forms is that the information in the drop-down options will not print if you select the “by hand” registration form.

 

Registration Deadline

  • All registrations must be postmarked no later than Friday, April 4, 2025.
  • Confirmation of your registration will be made by email.
  • Please contact your institutions representative (contact names & numbers listed below) if you have not received confirmation by Friday, April 18th.
  • Conference registration and payment are required for all conference participants.
  • No registrations or payments will be accepted at the door.

 

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests prior to Friday, April 4th will result in a $50 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests on or after Friday, April 4th.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.
  • Notification of substitute should be made to Joanna Huskey by Monday, April 7th.
  • No substitutions will be allowed after Monday, April 7th.

 

COVID Policy

The Administrative Professionals Conference will be following state and local guidelines. However, if your institution has other guidelines, we recommend that you follow your institution’s guidelines.

 

Should we have to cancel the conference due to COVID, we will consider offering refunds or carrying over registrations to the next conference.

Send Registrations to:

Your location determines which method you should follow for sending your completed registration forms. Please refer to this chart to figure out which method you should follow.

Complete all information on registration form and submit to Joanna Huskey either via email at jhuskey@wakehealth.edu or interoffice mail (Carpenter Library, Gray Bldg, 1st Fl, Box 1069). Joanna will submit journal entries on a monthly basis using the chart of accounts you provide. If paying with personal check, submit those along with registration form via interoffice mail.

Use DPS to search for and complete a “Voucher Payment Request”. You can submit multiple attendee registrations via the same request, just complete the Voucher Payment Line item for each attendee.
