Registration

Instructions and Registration Form

  • Please complete all requested information on the registration form.
  • Payment must be submitted for each registration.
  • Registrations will be submitted using jotform.
  • All registrations must be submitted no later than Friday, April 4th.
  • Attendees should receive an email confirmation from jotform after submitting their registration. If confirmation is not received, please contact your representative (see list below).
  • Due to limited seating capacity, we cannot accept payment at the door.
  • Registrations will be capped at 250 due to limited seating.
  • For questions, contact your institution’s representative or Joanna Huskey.

 

Cost                    $179 per attendee

 

Payment Methods

  1. Credit Card

                        You can pay your registration by credit card by using this link https://WFBH.regfox.com/administrative-professionals-conference. There is a fee to use this method. 

                        Please note if you request a refund, fees are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to our refund policy. You will receive a payment confirmation once you have

                        submitted your payment. Please note you must also complete your registration form through Jotform. Both steps must be completed in order to finalize your

                        registration. You will not receive your registration confirmation until your registration form is received.

Registration Forms

We are using a new registration form this year. It can be completed and submitted through Jotform here https://form.jotform.com/Joanna_Huskey/2025-APCRegistration 

 

Once you have completed and submitted your registration form, you will receive an email from Jotform with your registration details as well as a confirmation email attached. 

 

Registration Deadline

  • All registrations must be received no later than Friday, April 4, 2025.
  • Confirmation of your registration will be made by email through Jotform.
  • Please contact your institutions representative (contact names & numbers listed below) if you have not received confirmation by Friday, April 18th.
  • Conference registration and payment are required for all conference participants.
  • No registrations or payments will be accepted at the door.
  • Registrations will be capped at 250 due to limited seating.

 

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests prior to Friday, April 4th will result in a $50 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests on or after Friday, April 4th.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.
  • Notification of substitute should be made to Joanna Huskey by Monday, April 7th.
  • No substitutions will be allowed after Monday, April 7th.

 

COVID Policy

The Administrative Professionals Conference will be following state and local guidelines. However, if your institution has other guidelines, we recommend that you follow your institution’s guidelines.

 

Should we have to cancel the conference due to COVID, we will consider offering refunds or carrying over registrations to the next conference.

Send Registrations to:

Your location determines which method you should follow for sending your completed registration forms. Please refer to this chart to figure out which method you should follow.

  • Complete and submit registration through https://form.jotform.com/Joanna_Huskey/2025-APCRegistration
  • Joanna will submit journal entries on a monthly basis using the chart of account information you provide on the registration form.
  • If paying with personal check, submit those along with a copy of your registration form via interoffice mail to:

Use DPS to search for and complete a “Voucher Payment Request”. You can submit multiple attendee registrations via the same request, just complete the Voucher Payment Line item for each attendee.
